37 years ago, I started Hutchens Media, a full-scale marketing and advertising firm and grew it into a successful six-figure well-oiled machine in under 5 years.

In my career, I noticed that the most successful businesses grew TAILS!

  • Lead By Example

I also realized there were very few mentor opportunities for women (God knows I could have used some!) to come together and share their wins and struggles, crowdsource solutions in real time, exchange resources, and mentor each other.

So, I created the Brilliance Builders Alliance to fill the gap. Welcome :)
